#At Aayat Lawns, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
Cancellation Policy #
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. Once the order has been dispatched from our boutique, it cannot be canceled.
- Customized/Stitched Orders: Orders involving custom stitching services cannot be canceled once the fabric has been cut or the stitching process has begun.
- How to Cancel: Please WhatsApp us at [Insert Phone Number] or email [Insert Email] with your Order ID to request a cancellation.
Returns & Exchange Eligibility #
####To maintain the hygiene and exclusivity of our designer wear, we only accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:
- Damage/Wrong Product: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- Timeframe: You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To protect both parties, we require an uninterrupted unboxing video (showing the courier seal being opened) to process any claims for damages or missing items.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items #
####The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items purchased during a "Sale" or "Clearance" event.
- Custom-stitched or altered suits.
- Accessories (Dupattas/Jewelry) due to hygiene reasons.
Refund Process#
####Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approval: We will notify you if your refund is approved after a quality check.
- Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, etc.) within 5–7 business days, as per RBI guidelines.
- Store Credit: You may also opt for Store Credit, which is issued immediately and can be used for your next purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns due to "change of mind" (if applicable), the customer bears the return shipping cost.
Late or Missing Refunds #
####If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
