Product Description & Accuracy#
Unique Designs: Aayat Lawns specializes in unique designer collections. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, minor variations in embroidery, beadwork, or shades may occur.
Color Representation: We capture our photos in natural lighting to be as accurate as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your mobile or computer screen settings.
Fabric Care: Most of our products (especially Lawn and Organza) are delicate. We recommend Dry Clean Only unless specified otherwise. Aayat Lawns is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing.
Ordering & Payments#
Order Confirmation: Your order is officially confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation message/email from us.
Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once an order is placed, the price remains locked for that transaction.
Taxes: All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Stitched vs Unstitched Suits #
###Unstitched Sets: These come with the fabric and patches as provided by the brand. Aayat Lawns is not responsible for tailoring errors made by external tailors.
Custom Stitching: If you opt for our boutique stitching service, you must provide accurate measurements. We follow the measurements provided by you and cannot offer refunds for fit issues resulting from incorrect customer data.
Stitching Time: Please allow an additional 5–7 working days for orders requiring boutique stitching services.
Quality Guarantee #
###Every piece at Aayat Lawns undergoes a Three-Step Quality Check before being packed to ensure there are no tears, stains, or missing patches.
If you receive a product you believe is defective, you must provide an Unboxing Video (starting from the sealed courier bag) to be eligible for a review.
Modification of Orders #
Once an order is "In Process," we cannot add or remove items from that specific order. You will need to place a new order for additional items.
Address changes are only possible if requested within 4 hours of order placement.
